These terms and conditions set out the rules for using Offshore Sportsbooks at jackg.org. We publish research, rankings and reviews of offshore sportsbooks that accept US bettors. We are a publisher, not a bookmaker: we do not accept wagers, hold player funds, process deposits or pay out winnings. By browsing this site you accept the terms below. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

Last reviewed: September 25, 2026. You must be at least 21 years old to use this site, or 18 where that is the minimum age set by the operator and permitted where you are. Gambling carries a real risk of losing money. If it stops being fun, call 1-800-GAMBLER.

Who may use this site

Access to jackg.org is intended for adults who can lawfully view gambling information where they are located. In practical terms:

  • You confirm you are 21 or older. We do not knowingly publish to, market to, or depict anyone under that age.
  • You are responsible for checking the laws of your own state before opening an account with any sportsbook listed here. Rules on online sports betting differ sharply between states, and some prohibit it outright.
  • Each sportsbook applies its own eligibility rules and may exclude residents of certain states or countries. Read the operator's own terms before depositing.
  • You use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not scrape, republish or resell our content.

The legal position on offshore sportsbooks — stated plainly

Nothing on this site should be read as a claim that offshore betting sites are legal, licensed or regulated for US players. They are not licensed by any US state gaming commission or board. They are licensed elsewhere — commonly Curaçao, Panama or Costa Rica — and accepting US customers is not the same as being authorized to serve them in your state.

For a US bettor, this sits in a legal grey area. States such as New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Colorado and others run licensed, regulated online sportsbooks supervised by a state regulator; in those states, regulated operators offer segregated player funds, formal dispute resolution and enforceable rules. Other states have no regulated online market at all, and some restrict or prohibit online sports betting entirely. Where you bet with an offshore sportsbook, none of those state-level player protections apply. There is no state regulator to appeal to if an account is closed, a bet is voided, or a withdrawal is delayed or refused.

Tax treatment of gambling winnings and the legal exposure of individual bettors vary by state and by circumstance. Anything we publish on those subjects is general information only. Consult a qualified attorney or tax professional about your own situation.

How our rankings and commercial relationships work

Offshore Sportsbooks earns revenue from affiliate partnerships. If you follow a link from our pages to an online sportsbook and open an account, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. That arrangement funds the site. It does not buy a position in our lists, and it does not soften a review.

Our editorial ratings — shown on the offer cards and throughout the site — are our own opinion, formed from desk research and verification of publicly available information. They are not customer-review scores, and they are not the result of us placing wagers. We do not claim to have deposited, bet or withdrawn at these sportsbooks. Where we cite payout speed, we are reporting what the operator advertises or what is documented, and we label it that way rather than presenting it as a tested result.

The factors behind a rating include odds and pricing (including reduced juice on point spreads and totals), market coverage across NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB, soccer, golf, MMA and horse racing, the quality of live and in-play betting, prop bets, futures, parlays and same-game parlays, betting limits, banking options, payout speed and reliability, KYC and verification practice, site security, customer support, mobile experience and the operator's track record of paying. Our full approach is described in our editorial and methodology notes.

Bonus offers: what the headline figure does not tell you

The welcome offers shown on our cards are the operator's advertised terms as we understood them on the review date. They change without notice. A bonus figure on its own is meaningless until you read the conditions attached to it, and every offer below carries them.

We publish rollover and wagering requirements where we can verify them, but the operator's own terms page is the binding document — not ours. If the two disagree, the operator's version governs your account.

Three listings and the trade-offs behind them

Lucky Rebel tops our list because its welcome package is the most generous combination of a matched deposit and a standalone free bet among the sportsbooks we cover, and because it pairs that with crypto-first banking, which is where most offshore payouts now move fastest. The 125% match up to $1,250 plus a $50 free bet only converts to withdrawable cash after the advertised rollover is cleared at the stated minimum odds, within the stated window, and a deposit is required — nothing here is free money. The limitation: it is a newer name relative to the long-running sportsbooks below it, so there is less public history of paying out over many years. For a bettor who weights track record above bonus size, that matters.

Bovada earns its position on longevity and breadth rather than bonus size. Its 50% match up to $250 is modest, which in practice means a smaller rollover obligation and a faster route to withdrawable funds than the headline-grabbing offers — worth weighing if you dislike being locked into wagering requirements. Market coverage runs deep across NFL, NBA, MLB and NHL, with live betting, props and same-game parlays, and a racebook alongside the sportsbook. The limitations are real: Bovada restricts access from several US states, pricing on some markets is not the sharpest available, and higher-limit bettors often find ceilings lower than they would like.

BetOnline is here for the value and features crowd — reduced juice on selected point spreads and totals, wide prop and futures menus, and a banking sheet that covers crypto alongside bank card deposits and wire. The $250 in free bets is a free-bet offer, not a cash match: the stake is not returned with a winning bet, minimum odds apply, and the credit expires. Its limitation is verification. Larger withdrawals commonly trigger KYC document requests, and that can turn an advertised same-day crypto payout into a multi-day wait. Plan for it rather than being surprised by it.

Money, payments and what the site does not control

All financial transactions happen between you and the sportsbook. Offshore Sportsbooks never handles your funds. What is worth understanding before you deposit:

  • Deposits. Offshore sportsbooks commonly accept cryptocurrency, bank cards, bank wire, money transfer services and player-to-player vouchers. Card acceptance for US customers is inconsistent — issuers decline gambling transactions at their own discretion — so verify the method works for you before relying on it.
  • Withdrawals. Crypto payouts are usually the quickest advertised route; wires and check-by-courier take longer and more often carry fees. Minimum and maximum payout limits, free-withdrawal allowances per month and processing windows all vary by operator.
  • Fees and conversion. Accounts are typically denominated in USD, but crypto deposits convert at the operator's rate, and the value of a crypto balance can move against you between deposit and withdrawal. That volatility is a genuine risk, separate from the betting risk.
  • Verification. Some offshore sportsbooks advertise lighter KYC than regulated US operators. Lighter is not none. Expect ID and address documents at withdrawal, particularly on larger amounts.
  • Non-payment risk. Because no US regulator supervises these operators, a delayed or refused payout may leave you with no effective recourse. Never deposit more than you can afford to lose, and do not treat a balance held offshore as secure savings.

Beyond the sportsbook: casino, racebook and other product lines

Most operators we list run several products under one account and one wallet. Alongside the sportsbook you will usually find an online casino with slots, table games and live-dealer rooms, a racebook for thoroughbred and harness wagering, and in some cases poker or esports. BetUS, for example, advertises a separate casino component within its welcome package.

These sit under different terms. Casino play often counts differently toward rollover — or not at all — and a bonus taken on the sports side may be void if you move funds to the casino. Racebook wagering and horse racing rebates are frequently excluded from sportsbook bonus qualification entirely. Read which products a promotion covers before you place the first bet. The publisher also maintains coverage of adjacent markets, including a guide to casinos outside the UK self-exclusion scheme, which is a separate audience and separate set of rules from offshore betting sites for US players.

Accuracy, availability and the limits of our liability

We research carefully and date our findings, but odds, pricing, bonus terms, banking options, betting limits and state availability change frequently and often without notice. Information here may be out of date by the time you read it. Where a question is genuinely unresolved — a licensing detail we cannot verify, for instance — we say so rather than filling the gap.

Gambling responsibly, and where to get help

Betting should be entertainment paid for out of money you can afford to lose — never a way to make income, cover bills or escape stress. Chasing losses is the point at which a hobby turns into a problem. Set a deposit limit and a time limit before you start, and stop when you hit either.

Be aware that offshore sportsbooks frequently lack the responsible gambling infrastructure US state-regulated operators are required to provide: deposit and loss limits, cooling-off periods, reality checks and state self-exclusion registers may be limited or absent. If you rely on those tools, that absence is a serious reason to think twice.
